Involuntary behaviours are things that our body uncontrollably does. Our eye can start twitching, for example, anytime and anywhere. We can easily sneeze, while looking at something bright, like the sun. Not really nice to think about that, right? Especially, if you start yawning in the middle of an important business meeting. Or hiccuping, for example. Well, that is not a great impression you will be making on your strict business partners.
But the thing is that these involuntary behaviours are common to all human beings. And there is nothing to be ashamed of. Better take these involuntary signals into consideration. The chances are high that your body is trying to tell you something. And we have to admit that it’s not the worst way of our organism to try to communicate with us. So, is there any science behind these involuntary behaviours? Moreover, can they indicate that something is not right with our organism?
