Companion Stairlifts have recently created an infographic both highlighting and publicizing attractions in the UK that are leading the way when it comes to both accessible facilities and inclusive attitudes. Those who have limited mobility often struggle to plan days out due to limited information about attractions or limited services when they arrive there. By showing attractions across the UK that include lots of different interests and hobbies, there is a hope that these struggles will lessen while praising the attractions that are doing so well to make everyone feel included.
With relaxed lanes in supermarkets and quiet hours in certain shops, being inclusive and thoughtful is now becoming a focal point of many campaigns which is increasing social awareness and therefore an understanding of the struggles that many face. Some of the attractions included are famous worldwide, other are more local but no less accessible and exciting in the services they offer.
