Science Based Tips for a Good Night’s Sleep

Sleeping is not always synonymous with getting a really good night’s sleep. If you wake up in the morning feeling exhausted then you know what we are talking about. If you are not able to fall asleep easily or remain asleep, these science-based tips will make a big difference. It might be a simple tweak to your nighttime routine or switching up your bedroom environment.

Keep in mind that it might take some experimentation. Choose the setup that feels the most relaxing.

And make sure that you get that morning sunshine. This is something that many are not aware of. During the day, we feel more energetic when we are exposed to sunshine. At night, when it is dark, our biological clocks beckon us to sleep and we are more likely to fall asleep because we have experienced both light and dark.

Whatever you decide to implement you should see an improvement and find yourself waking up refreshed more often. Sweet dreams.
